The project includes a series of interventions aimed at promoting local development in the areas of the Monreale territory, consistently with the purposes of Measure 7.5 “Support for investments for public use in recreational infrastructures, tourist information and small-scale tourist infrastructures”, of the PSR Sicily 2014/2022.

the initiative therefore aims to stimulate local development from a social, cultural, recreational and tourist point of view and improve the quality of life through the creation of a small-scale infrastructure characterized by a recreational and cultural center and an information and tourist reception, with the aim of contributing to diversifying and deseasonalizing the tourist offer, conserving the landscape, promoting local specialties through direct contact with tourists and encouraging the creation of employment opportunities in rural areas.
